Safe mobility in Peru

Get in with confidence. Every ride has backup.

Before their first ride, a person on our team reviews every driver's documents. And while you ride, the SOS button connects you with Drumi Central.

Safety isn't an add-on: it's the product

Every part of Drumi is designed so you ride with peace of mind and arrive well.

  • Drivers verified by people

Before their first ride, our team reviews their ID, license, SOAT insurance, vehicle registration and photos. No approval, no rides — and drivers who break the rules can be suspended instantly.

  • You know who's driving

Before you get in, you see your driver's name, photo, car and plate. Match the plate and get in calmly.

  • SOS button, always at hand

Hold it for two seconds and your alert, with your location, reaches Drumi Central. It's discreet: the driver isn't notified.

  • Real people behind it

A Drumi Central operator takes your alert, reviews the trip and decides on next steps, including contacting the authorities.

How it works

Three steps, with backup at every one.

  1. Request a ride

Enter your destination and confirm your pickup point.

  2. Check your driver

See their name, photo, car and plate before you get in.

  3. Ride with backup

The SOS button is always visible, with Drumi Central on the other end.

What we do with your data

We ask only for what a safe ride needs, and we look after it like this:

More about your safety

  • Personal data encrypted

Phone numbers, emails, names and ID documents are stored encrypted.

  • Authorized staff only

Only the Drumi Central team, with personal accounts and role-based permissions, can access sensitive information. Every lookup of a document or an alert is logged.

  • Location only during the ride

A driver's location is only visible to the rider on that trip, while it's active. If you trigger SOS, your location reaches Drumi Central for as long as the alert is open.
