SOS connected to real people
When you hold the SOS button, the app sends your location to Drumi Central and keeps updating it while the alert is open. An operator takes the alert, reviews the trip and decides on next steps, including contacting the authorities. The other person on the trip isn't notified.
Verification before the first ride
A person on our team reviews each driver's ID, license, SOAT insurance and vehicle registration. Drivers get no ride requests until their application is approved, and can be suspended instantly if they break our rules.
You know who's driving
The app shows your driver's first name, photo, vehicle and plate so you can recognize them before you get in. Their other personal data is not shared.
Logging and audit
Rides, alerts and the Central team's actions go into a log that can't be modified, so every case can be reviewed transparently.
Privacy by design
We use your location for the ride and to handle an alert — not to sell it or for advertising. This site uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
